The Company is also setting up an Integrated Steel Plant at Nagarnar, near Jagdalpur, Chhattisgarh State and is looking for a suitable person for the post of:

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER (CEO), (STEEL PLANT)

For it's Green field Steel Plant in the scale of pay of Rs. 62000-3%-80000/-(E9)(IDA).

The position is based at Nagamar, near Jagdalpur, Chhattisgarh (CG).

Job Profile: Incumbent will be responsible for design, engineering, construction, commissioning, project management and operation of Steel Plant and Liaisoning with various authorities/agencies in Government.

Eduction Qualification And Experience:

The candidate should be an Engineering Graduate preferably in Metallurgical/Mechanical Engineering with good academic record from a recognized university/Institution. He should have atleast 25 Years' experience in large Integrated Steel Plant, out of which minimum 2 years of experience in the scale of pay of Rs.51300-730007~(E8) (IDA) or its equivalent post as on last date of receipt of application. Candidates should have experience in dealing with as many areas as possible in various aspects of construction, commissioning, project management, operation and maintenance of steel plants/projects. He must have leadership quality and a very sound and proven organizational capability.

Candidates with MBA from a leading Institution will have added advantage.

Age Limit :

Preferably not exceeding 52 years.

(Upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for SC/STs and 3 years for OBCs) (non-creamy layer).
