1. Preliminary – ARS Examination - 2013(Objective Type)
Maximum marks: 150 marks
Duration of
Eexamination: 02 hours
2. ARS – Main Examination - 2013(Descriptive
Type)
Maximum marks: 240 marks
Duration of
Eexamination: 03 hours
3. Viva-voce
Maximum marks: 60 marks
All thoe applicants desirous of appearing for ARS
will have to take both the examinations & viva-voce. Only candidates
qualifying in the Preliminary ARS Examination will be allowed to appear in the
Main ARS examination.

Educational qualification: Applicants must have a
Master’s Degree or equivalent in the concerned discipline with specialization
completed on or before 16-03-2014. Applicants kindly refer the official notification for educational qualification details
for ARS Examination - 2013.
Age Limit: To apply for this ARS Examination - 2013 candidate age should be between 21 years
and 32 years as on 01-08-2013.
Pay Scale : The pay scale
range is Pay Band-III of Rs 15,600 - 39,100 plus Research Grade Pay of Rs
6,000/-
Selection Process: Selection of candidates will be
made on the basis of written examinations & viva-voce.
